User’s Charter
This charter was created in order to specify the Conditions of Use for Mamba Nation website Users, especially in the forum and social agoras which let Users exchange messages online.
Any person identified navigating on the website is considered a User.
The Mamba Nation forum is open so that the largest number can discuss freely a variety of subjects including the Mamba Nation world, activities, music and other leisure activities. However, in order to guarantee the best quality of the exchanges and protect Users from insulting or inappropriate messages from rude Users, the forum is moderated retrospectively. This means that accredited people (the Moderators) are able to delete messages that do not comply with the present charter. The authors of such messages will be sanctioned according to the table of punishments.
» 1- Respect, Fun and Friendship!
- Always be respectful and cordial to the other Mamberz, insults and racist content are forbidden.
- Always be polite to the Moderators, they are there to help you and are always ready to give you information.
- Play fairly when you play with other Mamberz. There is no defeat in the Nation. Even when you lose all the games, you can still become famous, and this is the main goal in Mamba Nation!
» 2- Write what you would like to read
- When you post a message in the forum or in a comment, remember to say “Hello” and explain your problem. There is no need to write in capital letters as in “I CAN’T CONNECT?!?!?!?!,” it gives the impression that you are shouting!
- Avoid using SMS language when you write to Users or Moderators.
» 3- Confidentiality: never give your personal information to another player
- Here, everything is virtual. No one needs to know your name, your address or your telephone number. Do not send a photo or the name of your school to someone in the Nation. Always use your pseudonym to identify yourself, that’s all you need!
- If someone asks you to meet them, refuse, alert our Moderators and talk about it with your parents or an adult in whom you have confidence.
- Never ask other people for their personal information: this information is strictly confidential and it is none of your business.
» 4- Help: be cool with others!
- If you meet another player, be cool and explain to him/her what to do in the Mamba Nation, how to use the Power Items, Missions, Fame and participate in events.
- Don't hesitate to contact Lilly, our community manager if you have a problem in the Nation (support's form)
» 5- Important: don’t forget
- Loaning your account is forbidden. Your avatar belongs to you alone and if you lend it to someone else, he/she could take everything…and the Moderators won’t be able to do anything about it.
- You cannot sell Nation objects or your account for real money (Euros, dollars, etc)
- You cannot use a third-party program, cheating software or any other form of pirating to modify the Nation’s content, disturb or copy Mamba Nation content.
» 6- If your attitude towards others is not polite
Moderators will intervene and will temporarily or completely banish you. For more information, consult the punishment table available here.
This Chart is given as an indication. Mamba Nation reserves the right to enforce more severe measures according to the gravity of the act.
